A Survey and Home Report has been conducted by J & E Shepherd. The Home Report can be made available to any serious interested parties, by contacting Rhona Lamont at Tailormade Moves.

If you would prefer to avoid disappointment and missing out through the sealed envelope ‘Blind Bidding’ process, then any serious ‘Informal Offers’ are welcome and will be strongly considered in order to conclude a private sale and prevent a ‘Closing Date’ being set.
