Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is a a bright south facing room, measuring approximately 3.16 meters x 4.54 meters or 10.4 feet x 14.9 feet, at the widest points. For an alternative use, Bedroom 2 would also make an excellent room for a Home Office.

The Bedroom has been tastefully decorated with Dulux Emulsion Paint, in nice neutral colours ‘malt chocolate’ and a feature wall in ‘potters wheel’. The room has been fitted with medium height Skirting Boards, in a chamfered profile and finished with contrasting white Satinwood Paint. Like Bedroom 1, the floor has been covered with a darker beige flecked Berber Loop Carpet, a hard wearing Carpet which is practical and adds both warmth and comfort to the room. The Berber Loop Carpet has been laid on top of a high quality 8mm PU Luxury Carpet Underlay to provide additional comfort underfoot. It also has the added benefits of a Tog Rating of 2.18 and an Impact Sound Reduction of 32db.

The Bedroom is heated with a new modern version of a traditional Three Column Horizontal Radiator, but without all the hassles of the traditional leaks that would come with the reclaimed version! The Radiator is rated at approximately 3,948 BTUs. The Radiator also adds a real design statement, rather than being something to be hidden away behind a chest of drawers!

The window has been fitted out with a coordinating Blackout Roller Blind in a coordinating ‘stone’ colour and a ‘linen’ finish.

Fixtures and fittings include a Double Socket and a Light Switch, in a brushed steel finish and a contemporary Four Halogen Light Plate Spotlight, finished in a nice nickel and polished chrome effect.
