Bedroom 1, with its interesting apex shaped ceiling, is a well proportioned and spacious room measuring approximately 3.82 meters x 4.48 meters or 12.5 feet x 14.7 feet.

The Bedroom has been decorated with Dulux Paint in a light neutral beige colour. The room has been fitted with deep Skirting Boards, in a traditional style profile and finished with contrasting white Satinwood Paint. The floor has been covered with a darker beige flecked Berber Loop Carpet, a hard wearing Carpet which is practical and adds both warmth and comfort to the room. The Berber Loop Carpet has been laid on top of a high quality 8mm PU Luxury Carpet Underlay to provide additional comfort underfoot. It also has the added benefits of a Tog Rating of 2.18 and an Impact Sound Reduction of 32db.

The Bedroom is heated with a new modern version of a traditional Three Column Horizontal Radiator, but without all the hassles of the traditional leaks that would come with the reclaimed version! The Radiator is rated at approximately 3,948 BTUs. The Radiator also adds a real design statement, rather than being something to be hidden away behind a chest of drawers!

Rather sadly, the original Sash and Case Window was beyond repair, however, it has been replaced with a low maintenance, Double Glazed, Lockable Window. Although a new fixture, it does provide additional insulation and sound proofing qualities. Further sound proofing and insulation has been provided, not only by the addition of the coordinating Blackout Roller Blind, but also by a pair of Blackout Eyelet Curtains, which have an opulent satin look and feel. The soft furnishings compliment the look of the room and are both included in the sale.

Fixtures and fittings include two Double Sockets in a brushed steel finish, a Light Switch in a brushed steel finish and a contemporary Four Light Spotlight Bar, finished in a brushed satin chrome effect, complete with white opaque glass shades.
