At the widest points the Bathroom measures approximately 2.47 meters x 3.15 meters or 8.1 feet x 10.3 feet. The layout of the Bathroom Suite and Bathroom Furniture has been reconfigured in order to make better use of available space than was previously offered.

The Bathroom has been fitted out with a contemporary designer Bathroom Suite and very tastefully decorated in a nice neutral beige, mocha and chocolate colour scheme. Therefore, it can be very easily accented and pesonalised with your colour of choice. Colours such as duck egg blue or sage green would work very well and would create a lovely soft tranquil zen like ambiance.

Being south facing, the room is quite bright during daylight hours and plenty of natural light enters through the large window. Privacy is still retained by the ‘original’ patterned/textured glass and also with the addition of a modern Blackout Roller Blind, in a coordinating ‘mocha’ colour.

Additional lighting is provided by a ceiling mounted, adjustable, Three Light Spotlight, finished in a chrome effect with frosted white glass shades. The Spotlight is rated IP44, for use in Bathroom Zones 1,2 or 3.

The wet areas have been finished with large beige Ceramic Wall Tiles, which have been complimented with contrasting modern Mosaic feature tiles, in a mixture of glass and natural stone, in a variety of natural beige and brown shades.

To be warmer on little baby feet, or, big adult feet alike, the floor has been covered with a very convincing, slate tile effect, Laminated Floor Tile. To help provide additional comfort and insulation, the flooring has been laid on top of a thick, 5mm, high performance, Foil Backed Foam.

The contemporary Bathroom Suite comprises of a large Shower Bath with striking Chrome Mixer Taps and a Glass Shower Panel, a slick Drench Shower Head with Valve Control Set and a Close Coupled Toilet and Cistern which features a Soft Close Toilet Lid, so … no more frights in the middle of the night with the toilet lid crashing down! A Counter Top Hand Basin complete with a trendy Chrome Basin Mixer Tap sits on top of a Storage Cabinet. All of which create a real Design Statement.

The fitted Bathroom Furniture offers plenty of storage space and includes a tall, wall mounted Storage Cabinet with Shelves and a Single Door and a large, floor standing Storage Cabinet with a Shelf and Double Doors. Both units are finished in a rich Wenge with contrasting Matt Chrome Door Handles.

It has to be said … you simply can’t beat the feeling of swaddling yourself in a lovely, soft warm towel, when you get out of the bath or shower and the designer, wall mounted, Heated Ladder Towel Rail, with a rated output of 1,638 BTUs, is certain to provide this.

Finally, the look of the Bathroom has been completed with coordinating Chrome Accessories throughout and the fixtures and fittings include a Toilet Roll Holder, Soap/Lotion Dispenser and Bath Robe Hook.
